According to the director of the enterprise, Murat Tolegenov, this year, after the first stage of modernization, it is planned to process about 140 thousand tons of sweet root. One of the important innovations of this year will be the installation and launch of the technological line for pressing and packing the pulp.

“We are purchasing Italian equipment for pressing and packaging the pulp. If earlier the pulp was stored for no more than 4 months, then after the launch of this technological line this useful livestock feed can be stored for more than a year,” M.Tolegenov noted.

In addition, this year the plant will launch three modern lines for the packaging of sugar in bags weighing 25 and 50 kg each. Also there is a reconstruction and installation of new equipment. These are 5 centrifuges, vacuum apparatus, filters, syrup collections.

“In addition, we are introducing an automated management system that will allow transmitting all information about the plant’s operation to a computer screen and eliminate the human factor. During the second stage, next year, the CHP plant will be upgraded, where 4 new boilers and a turbine will be installed. Steam generators will also be replaced. In general, the plant is installing modern Russian, Ukrainian, Swedish, Italian, German equipment,” M.Tolegenov said.

As recalled at the plant, the production capacity of the plant, launched in October last year, is 12 thousand tons. Last year, the plant processed 67,797 tons of sugar beet, received more than 4 thousand tons of sugar.
